[ The floor, stage by stage ]

We cut it, weld it, ship it

Cut, welded, coated, upholstered and assembled on one floor in Quezon City. Most of this market resells. We manufacture.

  • Cut
  • Weld
  • Coat
  • Upholster
  • Assemble

Read the four stages below as a checklist against whoever else is quoting you. Ask them which of the four happens on their own floor.

The sequence

Four stages, one floor

In the order they happen. Most of this market resells, which puts stages two and three on a floor your supplier does not control. Here they are on ours.

  1. Design and engineering

We start from the room, not the catalogue. Your layout, the capacity you need and the budget you have to work inside get translated into shop drawings and a costed bill of materials. If you are matching furniture you already own, this is where a photo or a sample piece turns into dimensions we can cut to.

    What you get

Shop drawings and a costed bill of materials, before anything is cut

  2. Tubular steel fabrication

Tube is cut, bent and welded on automated lines, then ground back and powder-coated to the colour on your specification. Standardization and automation are why this line exists at all: it is what lets a chair be made to order and still be priced for volume.

    What you get

Welded frames, not bolted ones, finished in the colour you named

  3. Finishing and assembly

Seats are upholstered, formed or cut, then fitted to the frames and quality-checked against stringent standards. Because the upholstery happens on the same floor as the welding, the whole run leaves matching, rather than arriving from two suppliers in two slightly different colours.

    What you get

One finish across the whole order, checked before it is crated

  4. Delivery, local and export

We crate and ship nationwide, and we export. The production schedule is committed on your quote before we start, so the date the room has to open is a date we have agreed to, not one you find out about later.

    What you get

A committed schedule, and a room that is ready to open

One weld, photographed

Our work, not our output

Everything else on this site is a photograph of something we sell. This is a photograph of how it is held together.

Fig. 01 · Welded tube jointRef / CF-73

What you are looking at

Three tubes meeting at one joint, welded, ground back and powder-coated on the same floor that cut them. It is stage 02 above, in one frame. A company that resells cannot photograph a weld it did not lay, which is the whole reason this picture is on the page instead of a stock interior.

What this page does not claim

Read it before you compare

Under one roof is a statement about where the work happens. It is not a claim that every number a specifier wants has been published, so here is what has not been.

No published gauge or load rating
Tube gauge, dimensions and finish are decided on your job rather than fixed as a catalogue standard. We confirm the numbers on your shop drawings before anything is cut.
No lead time in days
It is set by volume and finish. Your quote carries the production schedule we have committed to, which is the only date that actually binds us.
No certification badge
Frames and seats are quality-checked before they are crated. That is a description of stage 03 and not a third-party mark, so it is not dressed up as one here.
No project gallery
The weld above is the only photograph of our own work on this site. We publish no client list and no project history, so there is nothing here standing in for one.

If your specification needs a number that is not on this page, ask for it against your job. It is a question we answer on your shop drawings, and it is not one a catalogue could have answered for you anyway.
